There was a thread about this a couple months ago. General consensus seemed to be "we're not sure/don't have quite enough information, but we know a few places where it definitively is not".

Yeah I remember that thread. My guess is that Praetoria is on the island of Cap Au Diable/Port Oakes. (Yes, these 2 zones are actually 1 island.) The general geographical shape matches. But what gave me the idea was the badge text for Urban Renewal. The area nearby reminded me of the PTS in Cap.
Now this doesn't explain why there are visible shorelines unless Praetorian Hami willed them there..

Hamidon came up through Mexico then Cole fought it off (more of a standstill). Praetoria was built over the spot Cole beat it back. Praetoria is also built over a river which is an important transportation hub. The homeless guy does rather specifically cement Praetoria in the former USA. Marauder led gangs in the West and was summoned Eastward to Praetoria. So... best indicators put it some where in the Southeast U.S. over a major river. It's pretty obvious that Nova Praetoria occupies the same location on Praetorian Earth as Springfield does on Primal Earth.

I mean, yes, obviously it's on Praetorian Earth, but I mean, where on the planet, geographically, is it? I haven't found anything in the in-game lore that mentions its location (n.b. this is not me claiming it isn't there). About the only thing I have been able to work out, from one contact's background info, is that it's probably not where Rome used to be.
This information isn't of any practical use, but I admit I'm curious.
