So basically, if I want either of these powers (which seems like a good idea) it'll cost me ten bucks... or if I'm not so impatient, closer to five once Freedom comes out.

What do they LOOK like? Their descriptions make me wary. I mean, I'd love the numerical boost, but not if I'm going to look silly.

(I wish the Steam Jump power from the Steampunk pack was this reskinned, instead of the jump pack reskinned. But what can you do?)

Do not ever give Mind Control a pet. We need more control sets without pets.
My characters are not "toons". They are all project characters, though.

I hear you - hate Ninja Run's animation, but use it cuz I like its stats

Beast Run is fine, but only if you're using an animal themed toon.

Ninja Run looks cool on the right character. I like the look of it on Claw or Shield characters, and it looks better on thinner/female bodies. It looks goofy on Huge body types.

They are definately worth the price for getting around. But once Freedom comes out Rocket Board is better unless you prefer to have toggles running while you travel.
