according to the wiki page there are no unlockable pistols, everything you see is what you go, even then there are still around 19 different options to use

There is one unlockable; the Patented Potent Pistol from the steampunk pack. The two steampunk weapons need to be added to the Weapon Customization page.

I also think I'm seeing new pistols in pictures showing off the Celestial costume pieces, but I might be imagining things there.
