Each will stack up to 5 times. So you can have 5 x 6.25, 5 x 7.5 etc. Regen is how quickly your health replenishes, recovery is your endurance.

Essentially, the limitation of 5 of the same bonus applies to the NAME of the bonus, and not the value (there's a set bonus that gives +7.5% rech called "huge recharge bonus", while the enhancement from LotG is called "luck of the gambler: recharge speed". so you could stack 5 of each)

Good luck trying to fit all of those on one alt, but it's in theory possible.
