So, I'm in galaxy city and just did the mission where i defeat 5 hellions in galaxy city for the Prince. But now I don't have any missions left and the contacts don't have anything for me?

You have managed to hit one of the few remaining dead spots in terms of content (though this will change soon when the new issue hits). I would suggest you team up with others, hunt things on the street by yourself or do some missions in the Architect Entertainment building to get yourself to level 5, at which point the contact trees will reopen for you.

Yup, that can happen. You can either street sweep until level 5, or board the train and go to King's Row. Once there, you can get a police scanner which should offer you some missions.

That's not an either or. He has to sweep until 5 because they won't give out a scanner or intro him to another below 5.

I actually have the police scanner and it just tells me that it's quiet.. lol

Didn't think about doing the police scanners, that is a good idea and will even net you a free travel power if you do three of them and the accompanying Safeguard mission, but you do need to hit 5 first. Other options once you hit 5 include further contact arcs in the regular city zones and story arcs in The Hollows.

Options to get yourself to 5 are more limited, but thankfully it doesn't take very long at all to do, especially if you team up (although it is pretty fast even if you do not).

Scanners don't work in Atlas or Galaxy. If you're in King's Row and it says that, then I was correct in the post above and you need to work for level 5 before it will work.

Yep level 4 has one of the dead spots. I usually make a point of street sweeping a bit during level 4 to avoid this very fate. But I still can spend maybe 5 - 10 minutes street sweeping to get to level 5 at the end.
