When can i do a respec trial and how can i do it?

I'm about level 25 as a Radi/Energy blaster (I'm a new player by the way) and I'd like to optimize my build for PVE, except I have no idea what i'm doing. So far, I have every ability in radiation that i can get, the buffs, stun, and the knockback punch from energy, and hover/flight.

I have no idea what abilities I should give slots, or what enhancements I should slot into them.

Any advice?

So, I'm in galaxy city and just did the mission where i defeat 5 hellions in galaxy city for the Prince. But now I don't have any missions left and the contacts don't have anything for me?

I keep coming up with questions as I'm playing lol..

1) Is there some kind of "quick guide" to archetypes, like which role each AT falls under?
2) Badges are essentially this game's achievement system correct?

I was mostly worried about being useless in group combat. In WoW, you don't get into a raid group if you don't know what you're doing.

A couple more questions, what's the difference between playing a praetorian(? If that's the right name) and a plain ole hero/villain?

Bases are only for supergroups? Not just individuals?

Is the "sidekick" system any good or used at all?

How's pvp on this game? I haven't seen a good, balanced pvp system in awhile..

I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed by this community so far. Seems like a lot of people are just interested in helping. Big change compared to the other MMOs I've played.

So based on a quick scan, does the origin you pick truly matter or are the same origin enhancements available to all origins (you just have to get the ones for your origin) I know that was worded poorly.. hope you understand the question lol

I remember enhancements ( i think it was called) during my trial period way back in the day. Can someone better explain this? Is there a limit to how many enhancements I can use? What happens if i hit a limit?

Also, i remember reading something about bases/hideouts?

I notice 2 servers are always yellow while the rest are green(in regards to population). Is there any wait time related to this and would there be an advantage to playing on these servers over the others?

Also, i'm rather new so do I need to worry about completely screwing up my character? What's there to do at late game?
