Well, "good server" is highly subjective. Obviously we think this is a good server or else we would not be playing on it and posting on its forum. Whether or not you will find it a good server depends of course on what you are looking for. It would probably be more helpful therefore to ask specific questions tailored to your needs, but since you did not do that I will try to provide some specific info that may or may not lead you to consider Victory a good choice.
Pros and Cons:
Victory server is usually about middle-of-the-road in terms of population - enough folks around to get anything done you want to do but not so many that you are constantly being deluged with team requests and beggars. This means that if you like to solo sometimes and team sometimes than this may be a good fit for you. If you like to have a team invite pop up within 30 seconds of logging on and consider a server dead when that does not happen, then Freedumb may be more your style.
Victory also has a fairly large contingent of non-North American players and is therefore more active than some other servers at off-peak (for North America) times of day. If you tend to play frequently during those sorts of time or if your schedule of play is erratic, this may work for you.
Finally, Victory also has several active niche groups including a strong GLBT community and a small but growing PvP community which certain players are making a concerted effort to grow.
As with most servers, Victory has its share of global channels, colorful and highly visible personalities, and drama. There is community here - which really you will find on any of the servers you elect to play on if you look hard enough. The trick is finding a community that you like. Maybe that will be Victory, maybe not.

Hello all, it's been a couple years, but I'm looking for a good server to call home, and a good SG to join. I was wondering if this was a good server in your opinions?
You pay to play. Having fun is ok. Kill Skuls or kill Crey. Hunt at night or in the day. Black or white or shades of grey. Play it your way. We have no say.
