Where are the Thornified Rikti?

That's probably one of those things that would cause the Arbiters to go back in time and kill your grandparents.

Rikti are basically mutated humans, so there's no reason for them to be immune to these things.

I would have thought Arbiters would be more clever, like bringing their grandparents to the present and "sending" them to "brilliant" doctor via the medical transporter?
