Posi and Synapse TFs

This weekend, since double xp is cancelled, and because I have noticed that many of my toons don't have the Task Force Commander Accolade, I'm going to form repeated Posi and Synapse Task Forces.

I know that some consider Synapse boring, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who needs that for the TFC accolade.

Any specific time? I got a few toons who could use it.

Not just yet on a specific time. I'll be on most of the day and spamming on LB. I need them on at least three toons. As the weekend draws closer, I will try to pin myself down to a time.

I am so there! Synapse is the last one I need for the Task Force Commander on Universal Kid.

I can confirm that one Synapse TF will begin forming at 9pm Eastern, 8pm Central, and 6pm Pacific, on Saturday July 30.

That will likely be the last run I do.

Others will be earlier.

Although I bear a strong resemblance to Mr. Grant, I could never talk that fast, nor dress so well.

As time and real life allows, I'll try to have at least one more posi and synapse in between, and maybe some others.

Posi 1 took a bit longer than expected, causing a delay for the 11am synapse. Monitor the usual channels Lb, LFA, SHF for updates.

First, I would like to let those of you that didn't participate in this know that even though I missed teaming with you (well most of you), the folks that came out not only played well, but were just nothing shy of wonderful.

A special thanks to @cera frost and @night's dawn who ran pretty much the whole day with me.

@pw made an appearance as did @pandala anderson and @mystic fortune,
@Doc Hornet and a blast from the past, former raid leader, @dianeces.

That's certainly not all who showed up - we had siberian tiger tank show up, and sadly, his name escapes me. He did a great job, too. I'm even motivated to make an ice tank now - but I'm gonna wait for issue 21.

I'll call it courtesy - I've just not seen it extended so generously before. One fellow with green skin and bolts out of his neck was a little late, and team generously agreed to reform. Another was a couple minutes late for a different run, and all agreed to reform.

All in all, it was Positron 1 and 2 with Confidence, my emp/elec defender
Positron 1 and 2 again with Scipio my Spines regen scrapper
Synapse with Ukase Max my fire/fire blaster - this got him the task force commander accolade - finally. It only took me about 6 years.
Another Synapse with Scipio again - now he just lacks Citadel for his tfc.

I still have 4 toons that need synapse and 3 that need Posi.

Tomorrow is another day. I'm wiped out. Too many clocks in one day.

Raven Lord was playing Siberian Storm-Lord, the ice tanker tiger toon, iirc.

Yeah, was able to make it for the Posi 2 and Synapse with the aforementioned Siberian Storm-Lord. I must say I never thought he'd get a following the way he has...

Anyways, I had a lot of fun, even on the Synapse where all the clocks were hitting me through a hole in my icy defense toggles - they don't help much vs energy it seems. That and the end drain, and my toggles guzzling endurance like there was no tommorrow (I checked this morning, there was one) had me facedown more than I like to be. But still fun!

Hope to grab a Posi 1 and the rest of the TFC task forces with you at some point Rex!

I like the sound of this! Especially since Saturday ended up as a false alarm. I'm tentatively throwing my hat in the ring for any/all of these with any character I've got that's within the level range. I only say tentatively because if things work out right this week, I may be working on my newest character, a level 1 human, whose namesake heroine got in on Saturday's fun.

Next Saturday, right? I should be able to jump onboard.

Oh, false labor! Well, you still did the right thing, Geronimo. Heh, I remember when my wife got tired of carrying the twins and made me drive her to the top of Pike's Peak so the barometric pressure would induce labor.
