i actually would prefer the vault been global from the start, once i figured that it was per toon i basically never used it because i would always forget whats in there
it would also reduce the tediousness of trying to send multiple items through email to yourself

Uhm if you are interested in some friendly advice from an abrasive old fart, I'd suggest that it would be a good idea to remember that there's nothing personal in these discussions. 95% of us don't carry grudges. We may disagree with you (sometimes vehemently) in one thread and in another be your staunchest supporter.
So don't ever get discouraged by negative feedback and don't let it stop you from making more suggestions.

I wish they left the limit at 150 like it was in I9 beta testing.
I wish we could store enhancements, recipes, and inspirations in it as well.
And I wish we had a way to check what was in it without having to run back to the damn vault.

Boo hoo. Their game their rules. The devs frequently make unilateral decisions that the players don't like and refuse to explain themselves. They have no obligation to cater to our childish whims no matter how petulantly we whine about it. Deal with it.
Welcome to the world of MMO's. Yes it will happen again. it happens constantly in every MMO. Get used to it. The devs will always implement policies unilaterally and someone or some group will always feel they are being shafted because of that policy.
The devs do what they feel is best for the game and the direction they want to take it in. That means that there will always be people that disagree and feel like they are being screwed.
