Edit: In the Freedom model that is coming Soon™ there are three types of players.
VIP: Paying a subscription fee.
Premium: 2 Methods to being a Premium.
1. Has paid a subscription fee in the past but is not currently paying a subscription fee.
2. Has purchased Paragon Points from the Paragon Store.
Free: Has never paid a subscription fee and has never bought any Paragon Points.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
