FREEDOM Price List
Chiming in to add my hope that Gifting becomes available shortly after launch. I know we need to let the dust settle from any issues at launch, but if they would just let us gift things, I know about 8 people personally who would potentially come play. They know people and those people know people etc.
Not even going to mention how many contests could spruce up their awards.
"Costume Contest under Atlas in 20 Minutes. Top 3 Prizes: 1200, 800, 400 PPs."

Yes, they would undoubtedly lose *some* money, that's not the point. The point is that they would make more money in the long run than they lose.
They would lose *some* money. Mainly, the time and associated costs of their employees dealing with the theft. Not a lot of money, I know, but those bits and bytes don't push themselves.

And in some instances, it might get complicated. If someone used fraud-achieved points for a consumable item (like a respec, or ability to run a trial) it can't be taken back.

Would it be a "customer relations nightmare?" I really don't see it that way. Yes, there will be a few people who yell and scream because of the nerve of having stolen goods taken away from them. Frankly, the only response should be, "We're sorry, but the item has been determined to be initially acquired in a fraudulent manner. We cannot provide any additional details, but if you want, you can re-purchase the item in the Paragon Market." Given that whoever's complaining would not be someone who purchased the item originally (or even more ballsy, someone who bought the item on a stolen credit card), I don't have much sympathy, and to be blunt, anyone who can't understand that really should.
We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.
(If you love this game as much as I do, please read that post.)

Something seems like it doesn't belongs in these 3 options.

Ummm... you're right.
It seems that I've mixed up Character Slots with Character Costume Slots.
The photo from ComiCon shows that Costume Slots are 800 points each (that's $10). So, it's unknown if there is a bundle of 5 for a reduced price or if all 5 will cost $50.
I know that they've confirmed that there are Character Slot bundles of 3 or 5 (like there currently is) for reduced pricing.

For example if I buy the rocket board or ninja run is it going to be available to every toon on my account?
Powers like ninja run are currently account-wide and so I expect they'd continue to work that way. The teaser image of the store has a costume item on it, and the description mentions it unlocks for all characters. The dual inspiration in the picture, however, doesn't mention whether or not it's for one character (we know from the detailed overview that's how it'll be, though). When in doubt, it'd be better to assume it's character-specific and ask before buying. Hopefully some kind of legend will be available to quickly, visually tell account-wide and character-specific items apart.
