Dang, and here I was hoping the title meant that MICHELLE Rodriguez would be appearing in a Heavy Metal movie.
Cuz, you know, that magazine has lots of nudity. 
She could still do a voice. Yea, I know, not the same by a long shot.

I've already forgotten about most of you
I hate the idea. Not because Rodriguez can't do a good version. Truth is his film making sensibilities would be perfect. But because I can already hear the musical score. Lots of rap, Coldplay, Halestorm.

Robert Rodriguez has secured the right to Heavy Metal, It's not a remake but a totally new story. That would be much more interesting than a rehash of the original.
