On Victory, I see a lot of Open Leagues being pre-formed, by advertising in global channels and taking whoever shows up. Of course, that's how they formed before too - now we just get an extra merit for being willing to grab an extra if we don't fill in advance.

I'm not sure that the Tema-up Teleporter is even working ATM. I've been on leagues where the 5-min open league countdown was running, and people tried to get into the league by joining the LFG queue, but never got in. Along with the random kicks and team resorts, the whole thing seems quite badly borked ATM.

The recent changes have actually made things worse, IMO. You still get the open league benefits if you pre-form the league, and now get hit with a 5 minute timer if you leave a few spots open for people in the turnstile, so now there are no longer those spots being left open for folks. I'm pretty sure the turnstile thing is all but dead.
Its been a few weeks now, are folks using the turnstyle system more these days, or still forming leagues by teaming up first?
If you are using the system, how long is the average wait and what server are you on?
Mostly curious to see if the new carrots have pushed people into forming the leagues as the devs intended, or if the playerbase hase decided its own way is still best. On Guardian, it seems as though the carrot has not been a big enough incentive.
