And actually, I take back my original statement. I actually kind of like white as the secondary color on the chest and bottom pieces. With Ultra Mode it looks really pretty!
And I was thinking maybe we could let detail one and two on the helmets be up to each player. If you look to the inspiration for this group, individual helmets have been standard and I think it could be another way to allow individuality between each of us without breaking the theme.

And yes the vanguard stuff can be used from lvl 1 if people have the vanguard pack, but that was just a demo costume to be picked apart. =)
EDIT: Oh, and for the resistance gloves, we could have the second color(glowie part) be the character color, to allow more personalization of the gloves.
As for the names, we could go for something like "Champion _____", or if people would like, we could use parts of our globals, such as "Champion Destroyer, Champion Cherry, Champion Phoenix, Champion Elementress, Champion Lucky, Champion Justaris, etc..."

I'd prefer not to use my global actually - something color-based sounds good to me, like "Champion Red" or maybe something more esoteric like using gem names such as "Champion Beryl" or "Champion Emerald". Just spitballin'
Oh, and as for the Vanguard pack, it unlocks all the Vanguard stuff and a litlte vanguard noncombat pet, it was given out free to everyone who stayed subbed for a certain period recently

I like the costumes: I'm working on one based on Omega Elementress to save as a template right now, as a matter of fact.
Names: looking at something like
Champion Shamrock, Champion Clover, Champion Emerald, or perhaps Champion Arboretan (the last one moves furthest away from a direct color reference, obviously, tho it still hints at it.) Leaning toward the first or the last... would like a plant-based reference with the color tie-in, but haven't found one that really sounds right yet. (Suggestions and opinions welcome.)
Just for backstory reference: do we have a common empowering event, like our inspirational referents (power bracelets or whatever)? Specific origin? I went with Science for my placeholder, and I suppose it doesn't really matter, but...
Times: maybe the best option is shorter periods twice a week, a little earlier on Saturdays as a primary time, with an optional Wednesday session, and then use level pacting strategically to fill the gaps? (Matching schedules is always the hardest challenge...)
Let me know if that's too busy, esp with the organic headpiece and the tree chest icon...

For origin, I was hoping to go magic, to suggest they got their powers induced by some other power in order to protect the city, or something of the sort.
As for times, I suppose we could go from 7EST on Sat to 8:30 EST if everyone is available for it, and as a possible secondary time, we could try and get another time on another day of the week, like sunday or a well-calculated wednesday time.

Any chance I might be able to use an alternate shoulder piece, maybe Plant w Leaves, to sneak something more "plant-based" in? Again, no big deal, just asking. Here's a sample...
A 1.5 hour or so session each week, with a little leeway at each end, should be enough to get a typical tf or the like in, I would think. Like I said early in the thread, Wednesdays are just tougher for me, I'd still be there sometimes, just more spotty.
I've got the first draft of my red Champion ready. So far I'm picturing him as an Invuln/KM Tanker, but I'm flexible if we end up needing to move things around depending on what ATs everyone else picks.
As you can see, I'm going with Theta for my symbol if that's cool with everyone.

As for the times, we'll try and see if there's not another timeslot we can also get in, to add more to the mix, but we'll avoid any problems with everyone's schedules. =)

I'm either going with Elec Melee/something brute, or electric/kin troller. I would prefer brute, but if we need more support roles then I'm happy to switch to troller and help out!

Looking at controller, plant/rad (green tint everywhere... rad looks close enough to pollen clouds, I think). Quick trip to the tailor, and I'll be ready if we decide to start it up this evening.

Since I'm orange for fire I was thinking stone melee/fire armor brute and ahh make the stone hammers/fists a lava like color. What do you guys thing?
Also when we meeting up like do we have a set in stone date/time yet?
With that mix, as long as Cherry's going for Blaster or Troller, we should have a good mix! If there's something else you wanna play, speak up Cherry! That way I can decide what kind of AT I need to make! =)
