And for Magenta, I hope to get it up and running by saturday, and since we should be evened out on team members, we may go without a red and whatever other color is missing.

This idea reminds me my old SG that I ran back from about 2004 to 2007 known as the Robo Force.
Here is the description of the themed group from our old forums:
Profile: The Robo Force is a unique supergroup in that it is comprised soley of Battlebots, robots created by the hero Acroyear to patrol and protect the streets of Paragon City around the clock. Where as most regular heroes require time to sleep and attend to personal matters in their civilian lives, the Battlebots know no such limitations, and are always on duty. Each Battlebot is a unique fighting machine and has been programmed to seek out criminals and evildoers in order to bring them to Justice.
Membership: The ranks of the Robo Force are limited to Battlebots only. These Battlebots are all identical in appearance save their assigned Uniform Color (i.e. Red, Blue, Green, etc). Each Battlebot is designated by a letter from the Greek Alphabet. Thus, the code names for members of the Robo Force are limited to the likes of Battlebot Alpha, Battlebot Beta, Battlebot Gamma, etc. Furthermore, each Battlebot, although identical in appearance, is unique in that it's Primary Power Set belongs only to them. No two Battlebots will have the same Primary Power Set. This design makes the Battlebots a formidable team to go up against.

Themed SGs like this can be a great deal of fun. I remember there used to be another themed SG on Champion called the Alpha Company. They were soldiers outfitted in identical battle armor.
Good luck to you guys with this new SG. I'm looking forward to seeing your members patrolling the city streets.

I think we should start in praetoria so we can have a fun mix of AT's!

Starting in Praetoria is fine by me.
If needed, I can certainly be the Red ______, already being "Magenta" and all. Looked at Green because I was thinking of taking a support/healing role, maybe plant/rad (all tinted and back-story-justified appropriately of course)... but I certainly don't mind going Red and maybe being a little more offense oriented.

All right, so here's a rundown of what we'll likely do...
To create out characters, I'd like to kind of go for an elementalist kind of feel like:
Red~Fire
Blue~Electricity?
Green~Plantish/whatever looks good green.
Yellow~Earth
Pink~No clue
White~Ice
Black~Dark
Orange~See pink^
Of course these are merely options, as you can choose what you wish, however I would very much like to avoid any sort of doubles.
I've been going over some names, and thought that "The Elite Champions" may work as a possible name, but we can change it if people don't like it.
After creation, I'd like to start out in Praetoria to allow the most amount of possible character combos with one another.
We'll be basically going through praet arcs and whatnot together as a static team, and we'll likely meet on saturdays at 7pm est, but we may add another day to the mix.
In addition, if we end up with schedule complications later on, The Black and White(Dr. and myself) will lead two different teams: One at daytime(white), and one at night(black). Hopefully it doesn't come to this, but it's best to be prepared.
I'll post a picture of a costume I'm hoping to use as our general costume model a bit later, and if anyone has any questions at all, send me a PM on the forums, send me an e-mail(goziraizanoro@live.com), or send me a tell in game(@Ascendant Destroyer).

Was there ever a final decision made on day and time for this? It sounds like a lot of fun and I would like to join in, but I would need to know when the static team will meet.
Wednesdays at 7pm EST or later works for me. I have a conflict on Saturday evenings (another team that runs 9pm EST-11:30pm EST on Saturdays) but could play in the morning or afternoon on that day. If the majority of the team prefers Saturday evenings, then I'll have to pass on this, fun as it sounds.
I'd like to go for Red, but if that's taken I'll take Yellow as a second choice.

If possible, would anyone signed up for the team be able to see if they can go Tuesdays at 7pm est? Hopefully, we can all match up a doable time, as I'd like to add you in as Red. =D
And here's a costume I'd hope to use for the team, but we can modify as need be.

I can't do Tuesdays (sorry to be difficult). I don't know how long you wanted to play each session, but sometime in the afternoon or early evening Saturday would suit me fine. Not my intention to speak for everyone, just making suggestions.
I really like the look of the costume template, btw.
Are we going to have a convention for our character names as well?

Hrm.... If everyone would be able to list their open schedules, if possible, I could probably match up a workable time. =D
Sorry for the hassle here, folks, just trying to get this arranged.
And the idea for pink, orange, and red sounds good, acro.

I'm open for the most part so I'll go with whatever works for everyone else! I like the elemental choices you listed. I was thinking of going brute, so I can do an electric brute! The suit looks good too. I'll play tonight and post some other suggestions if I see anything else fun!

Friday: Unavailable
Saturday: Prior Comittment 9pm EST-11:30pm EST (can play anytime during the day, just have to be done by 9pm EST - alternatively, I could just leave our group early every time if there's a partial conflict, but I would prefer not to have to do that)

pink for mind powers would be ok.. issue i have is i pretty much hate the psi powers.. I have 1 psi toon thats only used in pvp =\
im more of an aoe fan. Melee is same as psi really, i have a couple of melee toons that are mosly used just for hami raids... and that would be my tank.
maybe when you posted this static team you should have started with " pains in the arses need not apply"
sorry im being difficult.

Ok, now that I've had time to play with costumes, the only suggestions I would make is to go tri-colored for everyone. Meaning, make the gloves/shoulders/boots/belt all the same color like white, then make the chest and bottom be your toon's color and then maybe grey. I only suggest that because going with the color scheme above, the black champion would be in all black and wouldn't look the same as the rest of us. I just think it would help maintain costume unity across the board.
Are the vanguard pieces able to be picked at level 1 now? If not, you may want to consider a different option just in case we pick up more people along the way so we can all stay the same.
I also personally don't really like capes... And that's all the critiques I have on the costumes for everyone's consideration. lol
We should decide how we'll do names too. Are we going to go with unique names, or themed like "White Champion" or "Elite White"?

I was planning on a sort of level pacting already, as to avoid this problem.
