Increase incarnate XP gains; double or more

The rate of gaining incarnate XP is glacial. I have maybe once gotten to experience gradually getting more powerful abilities because by the time I actually earn enough XP to slot the powers I have more than enough threadstuffs to make a Rare ability.

Right now actually unlocking the slots is by far the most tedious and time-consuming part of the incarnate system.


Issue 16 made me feel like this.

I'm hoping that this is a bug with League xp sharing, as it didn't use to be this way.

This is probably a case where they are starting low, and will gradually increase until it is what they consider "right" instead of starting large and have people scream murder over the eventual nerf.

Looking at the numbers I think what's happening is a single team's worth of iXP is being divided amongst the league. Either that or the previous iXP rates were bugged as to high.

In either case I guess I'll be trading threads for iXP for now.

ive always traded threads for incarnate xp, even since day 1 of i20 i been trading in threads, its only a 1 time fee so why not? and its not overly burdening to make the inf needed to buy all of the xp anyway lol

The inf I need for that is no problem, but it uses the threads I need to make abilities to put in the slots. So I can either have the slots and nothing to put in them, or have a great power but nowhere to put it.

Also that's just me. Just because I'm rich doesn't mean everyone is.

it takes only 150 threads to unlock everything, whether you unlock everything before you craft or after you craft doesnt really make too much of a difference since the cost is relatively the same

holding off and unlocking after you got your higher tiers will allow you to save a few mil on conversions and a few threads, but when 1 trial is giving 3% or less, then it would go a heckuva lot faster to convert since for judgement and interface 1 thread = to 3.33% xp

another way to get threads faster is to run the weekly tf since a notice is equal to 40 threads, which is either 2 common components or a full unlock of either judgement or interface and 10 threads to spare or 40/45 required threads to unlock destiny or lore (approx 88% of total unlock)

i do see your point though that the incarnate xp is ridiculously low for the amount of time we spend in the trials and how the xp is divided throughout the trial and how many trials we have, if we had 5x more trials we wouldnt really be complaining about a grind because we would have more options

This is supposed to be the "end game." It's SUPPOSED to take time - or a fair bit of INF. Speeding up iXP gain goes directly against that.

The characters are 50. It's not like you're going to outlevel the trials or anything.

I haven't been able to access the game lately, so I can't test this, but did iXP get the teaming bonus before the new issue? If it did, I wondered if that had been accidentally lost in the rewrite.
