2 Petitions, 2bugs, No Help.

I was in this TF, too, and also filed a petition. A GM did come and complete that mish for us (telling me that the objectives had been met, map bugged). As we were down to two of us by this late hour (me and Matt), I asked about being awarded the badge since we'd have been able to finish the last mission (probably three times) in the time we waited and everyone had other RL matters to attend to. The GM said he'd (or she'd) escalate the petition. That was yesterday. Nothing back yet on this. Still waiting.

I'm sorry to hear that things didn't go well for you, but it sounds like they are looking into this. Please remember that it is a holiday weekend (weekends are normally bad as it is.) Also, sending in several petitions does not get a faster response. It just fills the queue and slows everything down because the GMs have to look at every one of the petitions even though a GM is already working on it. This may not seem like much, but say the 5 teams before you all sent in 5 petitions, they would have to deal with 25 petitions before they could even get to yours. That is a lot of wasted time when they really only had 5 problems.
We as players can help the speed of the GMs by not swamping them with unnecessary petitions.
One last thing, a bug report will not get you a fast response from the GMs. It's viewed as a "Hey, I found this bug. You should look at it when you have time" kind of thing. Bug reports do help track down problems because it can show a pattern in what causes it.

Dev's With all the Great new content, Please!! dont forget to fix the bugs with the old content. There is a storm a brewing because they are not getting fixed. If its a problem that no one is reporting them? Well Maybe you need to look at your tech support then..

In the end, someone else who'd also just logged rather than quitting the TF was on, and we finished the final mish (a blaster and my troll), so all's well that ends with TFC.
I sent a Stuck petition first, then 15minutes later a bug report. I too got the "escalating the problem to senior support." I'm not mad, just bummed out that I had to redo and sit for a long time.
