Issue 21 is still in closed beta, and probably will not hit Live until September or October (unless it goes into open beta sometime before the end of July, then the live date might be in August).
New story arcs coming soon (ARC IDs will be aded when I finish the arc):
So, you want to join the Hellions? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
Sparks & Steel (level 5-20 Heroic arc)
and
So you want to join the Skulls? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
Yeah we won't see the VIP server until the F2P hybrid goes live and that's a couple of months off yet.

The mention of July 1 is when existing players start accumulating reward points that they can spend once the new system goes live.

Ridges were months with 31 days, valleys between were months with something else. January is your left pinky knuckle, Feburary is the valley between it and the ring finger knuckle, which was March...left pointer is July and (there is no valley between the two) right pointer is August...etc.
I *still* occasionally have to count it out that way, though typically only on days where I'm low on spoons.
