In all likelyhood, yes.
They can add it to the store for however much they are going to charge for a single costume piece, and in theory that should pay for the time it took for the artists to make it (and hopefully turn a profit)

With the announcement of Time Manipulation for i21, can we *please* get some version of the Steampunk "Clock" belt ported over to Male and Huge models, so that it can take it's rightful place as the single most over-used costume piece in i21?
