Interface incarnate

How does it show when an interface proc hits? My reactive core is at 50% chance to proc now and i barely notice any difference in damage at all, i also never see some kind of message or so appearing. Actually i have no idea at all if it even works. Where can i see the info when it works and how much of a res debuff it is?

The enemy will get a golden glow around their torso. As for the actual effect of the Reactive -Resistance proc, each successful application (up to 4) gives a 2.5% debuff to boss and lower ranked enemies and a negligible one to EB/AV/Monster class enemies, meaning at best you'll be doing +10% damage.

Currently, the Interface procs are bugged so they'll only affect one enemy tagged in a rain or toggle-based AoE, but that has reportedly been fixed in the current patch version on the beta (not test) server.

Yours should have been here.

Also, note that the ParagonWiki page doesn't say anything about how you know when the proc has affected the target.

I haven't observed that being the case at all, at least not with the Gravitic Interface on my Elec^3 Blaster.

Which? That the procs only affect one enemy per AoE, or that it's fixed on beta?

The bug that causes Interface procs to hit only one target in AoEs is limited to those AoEs that use the once/10s rule: Toggles and pseudo-pets (which usually use toggles to create their effect). Other AoEs have a chance to proc on each target hit.

[Edit:]

Oh, also, AVs don't have any special -Res Resistance.

Riiiiight, I forgot about that caveat, and Electric Blasters don't have rain powers. It WOULD affect Electrical Manipulation's Lightning Field, though. Edited my post above to reflect that.

And I don't use Lightning Field, so. I was thinking mainly of Ball Lightning.
