It's part of the Clunker Aura. Check the drop down options for it.

A good pack. The only down side is that the auras cant be set not to just be there and not to appear and disappear. The other of the is no pre-made costume set. Beyond this is a good addition.

Extremely disappointed with this pack. The quality of these boosters has dropped off significantly in the last year or two. I'm not sure if that's because the City of Heroes crew has lost some of their more skilled animators, or if it's because less of a time commitment has been assigned, but this pack is FULL of flaws and oversights which make me wish I hadn't purchased it.

1. Many of the costume pieces include preset colors which are unchangeable, making them of limited use to heroes who don't want gold in their outfits. This is also true of the additional pistol and rifle pieces -- color is unchangeable.

2. Clipping issues abound, most dramatically with the tops of the many shirts and with the actual necks of characters. Anyone with their physical slider below the halfway mark will experience this -- so if you wanna play a steampunk character, he'll have to be pretty beefy.

3. There is no cohesion of texture between the set's jacket parts and sleeve parts, making the border between the two obvious if you're using anything other than white.

4. Similarly, there's no coordination of color tone, meaning that if you color your pants the 4th grey from the left, and color your boots that same color, they won't match, because the palettes for both are set to a different scale.

5. The "power" is essentially just a faster recharging "Jump pack" made available years ago.

6. The auras would be cool, except they do not include any options for eyes.

On the whole, like the animal pack before it, I'm really disappointed to see how little effort seems to have gone into this. These oversights would have been enough to have prevented me from supporting this flawed pack, had I been made aware of them before hand.

Where is the long-overdue helmet and boots to go with the current steampunk armor costume????!!! The ones that have been shown with the steampunk pieces for the past years do NOT match.

My Arc - #51736 Here Wolf... There Wolf... Werewolf!!!

Don't worry about the mule going blind, just load the wagon.

One thing I noticed is that I was wishing the Victoria Aura had a Victoria Pattern counterpart. Then it hit me that many of the packs are missing pack defining patterns (or patterns in general).

Can you please retrofit all of the packs with a signature set of skin/clothing patterns?

Apparently, I play "City of Shakespeare"
