I can't view the youtube at work, but I was totally unaware you could drop them. I've swacked at them a few times with a scrapper, but that was it.

I actually just wanted to stand on it. Nope.

Thanks for volounteering 'Turg' to form the next drop ship league Luna. During the next Rikti raid just shout out in b/cast Turgenev and I think you will have no trouble filling it. ;p

Dropping Drop ships was doable a LONG time ago before they were buffed. Now there is no chance of taking one out. Well, perhaps if we get all 3,500 people to attack it at once...

I'm not so sure, I managed to reduce the purple bar a notch when I tested tier 4 Ion on it.

(and ate some insps)

And yeah, we took the dropships down around Issue 10, just cuz. They've been buffed, but with Incarnate goodies, we might have to try this again.

My favorite video of them is STILL when one of the dropships, during I13 beta, hadn't been mapped to adjust for the AE buildings and ploughed through AE, exploding beautifully... I wish it would still do that...

I was there when they dropped a Drop ship. It took well over 70 toons, level 50, The ships did fall and crash, but there was no XP given. They seperated in mid air, into 3 pieces and then crashed. It was neat to see. If anyone once to try agin, I am for it.
