Does anyone know, if I have the Going Rogue Expansion already applied to my account can I then apply a Going Rogue Complete Collection code to get the free month + Item Pack goodies?
Yes, though I think it might be two different codes. In any case, it can be applied to your current account.

I'll be blunt. This actually kind of irritates me. I just recently purchased this exact thing a couple of weeks ago for full price. While I have absolutely no regrets in doing so, getting it for half price would have been all the more awesome. It would've left me money for Booster Packs, for example. For everyone else, though? Good deal.
