Sorry to hear that.
Pure body building isn't so good for the heart, I don't want to say its not exercise, but its a lot different from aerobic forms when you are just doing 2 reps with really heavy stuff. Heart and muscle types develop/get conditioned much differently.
He was a wrestler so he is probably faking it.
