Where do I find
Did you use Paragonwiki or the (infested, don't use) Wikia? If you're using the wikia version - don't. wiki.cohtitan.com (or paragonwiki.com, which goes to the same place) is the one you should be using.
BAF on Paragonwiki.
I'm assuming by launch threshold, you mean for each trial? Search there brings it up in the patch notes.
There are some great guides, with maps and everything, hovering around the first page of the player guide second. They're too new to be in the Guide to Guides.
Though, with BAF, there are several different ways to do it, as long as the team knows which strategy you're using. Though I've still never met a group who wanted to get the "Keep 'Em Separated" badge.

Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
Depending on the team makeups, half my runs where easier when we keptthem seperate due to lag . Now I just need the nonminions left standing badge...

Every week someone makes me think of that bloody song. I gotta buy it now.
Lag-reducing code for leagues that created more lag than it solved was in effect. Not sure how much this changes things.

On Union I've never seen the AVs brought together. Heck, I once ran a BAF under mild protest (no one else was willing to lead it) and it turned into a (successful) Master run. And I'd never led a BAF before.
The wisdom of Shadowe: Ghostraptor: The Shadowe is wise ...; FFM: Shadowe is no longer wise. ; Techbot_Alpha: Also, what Shadowe said. It seems he is still somewhat wise ; Bull Throttle: Shadowe was unwise in this instance...; Rock_Powerfist: in this instance Shadowe is wise.; Techbot_Alpha: Shadowe is very wise *nods*; Zortel: *Quotable line about Shadowe being wise goes here.*
Here's the standard Freedom BAF.
Kill enough yard apes and then head to the center of the tennis courts where the towers can't shoot you. Nightstar is pulled and killed on the courts. Three to a door, and make sure one's got lockdown abilities. Back to the courts, Seige is pulled and killed next to Nightstar. Kill both, keeping w/i 10% until around 20 percent left and then really balancing. Boom, done.
It would be boring if it wasn't for people Going Rogue and doing whatever. Usually, though, if a blaster, etc, decided to follow the pullers you don't have to worry about them until they get back from the hospital.
I have been on several fails and one major munity BAF. They were amazing and should be studied by sociologists about how screwed up things can get. Then again, I don't play X-box live or anything, so I wouldn't know.
That's how the runs I've been on on Virtue have gone, pull them to the tennis court, kill them together at the end. Though I've only run it a few times and I know they've also done "keep them separate" runs.

It does seem to be standard practice to camp the chokepoints instead of the doors for the prisoners though.
Virtue seems to alternate between pulling them to the Tennis Court and pulling them to the Helipad depending on who's running the league.

The irony is that it's possible to be outside turret LOS and get Keep Em Separated at the same time. Simply stuff them into the alcove they spawn in front of; close enough for the badge, no turret LOS.
I find now (also on Virtue) that it's generally choke points with folks who have patches/burns/auras getting closer to doors and lore pets all over the choke point.
The only time I've ever been on a team which pulled them was on one of the previews on test.
On Live we've always just ganked them at their spawn points where the turrets can't target you - 3 teams - one on each AV and one on Adds. Adds tends to be control/aoe heavy.
