Reactive & Sleep Powers

I going to make the crazy suggestion that you shouldn't slot Reactive on a character that relies on lots of sleeps. Just like you wouldn't slot proc IOs into the sleep powers.
Although presumably Mass Hypnosis isn't affected as it doesn't do any damage? Because it if is then that's a bug that needs fixing.

Well considering the Reactive ability is a global proc, I don't have any say so on what powers it works with, which is why I made my post. The ability shouldn't affect sleep powers, it defeats the purpose of the sleeps.

Interface "enhancements" affect any powers that do damage; it may not be that simple to alter their behaviour - especially when there are other options available that don't fall afoul of this issue.

I believe currently, the situation is a power can either take any of the interface procs or none of them. Not really any middle ground. In regards to that getting changed *shrug*

I personally lean towards the 'slot a different interface' solution myself. But I can also see that it's a situation where certain power sets are pretty much excluded from certain choices. To be honest,I'm not really sure of any other situation similar to this either, so I can certainly see it being an interesting edge case .

A power like Mass Hypnosis shouldn't activate the Interface procs as it doesn't do damage. Mesmerize, on the other hand, would. Realizing this, I need to change Interface on my mind/psi dom since I use Mesmerize to cover MH misses on TFs like the LRSF.
If you rely heavily on the sleeps for survival I would just go all -res in reactive instead of the DoT.

My situation is with my defender.
She is a Rad / Sonic and I use Siren's Song. I use it for soft control, but now the power is rendered useless unless I unslot my Interface. I really would like to see this changed for these type of sleep powers.
I use the Radial Flawless Interface so I could get the extra damage for my attacks, and minor -res that will stack with what I have already. But as you can see, it's seriously affecting one of my powers, this is what I'm hoping to get changed. I know many people may not be affected by this, but for and I'm sure quite a few others it does.
It's a minor oversight and I'm wanting to bring it to the devs attention.

Devs, is it possible to remove the chance for Fire damage from all the sleep powers when a Reactive Interface ability is slotted? I use my sleep for that exact purpose, for sleep, not damage, so it would be nice if we could exclude the chance proc from the sleep powers. When using a sleep power when a Reactive ability is slotted, it defeats the purpose of the sleep by waking up the enemies from the dot damage.
