Thank you for still not making paypal properly available, thank you for not responding to my support tickets regarding my not-refunded payments, thank you for giving ZERO information on payment-history (perk perk perk wtf is perk??).

tltr.. Dont advertise if you dont have your systems running properly.

Oh i nearly forgot, thank you for the EU/US currency, ironic that 2 identical accounts have nearly 40% difference in pricing

You will get the option to apply your code to an existing City of heroes game account.

You wont need to download, but make sure you upgrade your account, not start a new one.

I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Will the V Pack ever be offered in the store? I am so annoyed because I let my account lapse on accident for a while forgetting about this pack. Now if there is no chance to ever get it then it really upsets me greatly. That pack would have kept me playing even longer making new toons with those cool V Items. I have been waiting for months to make a weapon scrapper/brute so I can level with those!

So IS there any confirmation of server slot purchases being half price too? It's essentially the only thing I really *want* out of all this, I don't have any issue paying full price for costume packs and such, but I need more slots on my home server and would just like to have at them when they're cheap...

I wold love buy all booster i dont have and stuff for the game but i cant thanks for the ip block for latin america and the "GREAT" seller you guys have here the last product he have is COH Architect edition and the only booster is Cyborg.
Whit the growing on Latin America public of ppl that can and will spend money like me i can just wonder how much money you guys lose on thys.
Couse most of ppl still playng thys will soon get tired of thys and cancel subs and go to other games and they will be not NCSOFT games thats for sure.
Pls lift thys IP block and just let us buy the stuff ok.
Couse the LEvel Up games is doing zero about your game here.

I echo this sentiment... I have been trying to decide if I want to drop money on more slots... a sale would definitely encourage me to do so. It would have a similar impact on the likelihood of me EVER touching the Party Pack.

Just to touch on this -

You *will not* see any paid-for extras (either Collectors Edition, or the various packs) given away as veteran rewards. They've stated in the past that that just will not happen.

Pre-order items (like the helmets or prestige sprints) that *didn't cost extra* are fair game (and already in as vet items.)

Yep all Latin America still cant buy couse of thys ip block pls remove it so whe can buy stuff.
