...on my BAF League tonight, when Honou No Ko passed the League star back to me, saying that he had tasted power, and was now relinquishing it. I said that he was just like Cincinnatus. People questioned if that was even a real person. Well...

I wasn't assuming you made the name up. I just am used to reading about Romans that taste power and refuse to give it away unless they've done horrible things first , like Sulla.

Oh and apologies for all the people PMing me for invite, I did not realize I had star at that point, so I kept telling people to Pm Ms. Mesmer. We sure did give em the run around. Hehehehe!


Oh, and don't give em a good job if a prisoner escapes Ms. Mesmer. Once one goes through, shout "EPIC FAIL! Don't make me restart this BAF because you n00bs left a prisoner free!"

Yes, MISH, Cincinnatus was rather the exception among Romans given dictatorial power. Sulla and Marius were among the worst, but even Julius Caesar, who made a lot of very good reforms, could be seen as the opposite of Cincinnatus, in that his whole life was a quest to achieve and maintain power.

As far as Escapees go, I'm thinking of trying the zone defense method I've seen in a guide or two around here. Instead of splitting everyone up to every spawn door, do a 1/3-2/3 split on the Northern path and Southern path. Controls, patch powers, traps/devices and force bubblers to eliminate minions, and damage types to spike Lts. I've heard good things about it.
