The same thing happens to me EVERY time there is an update. It gets really annoying, and there seems to be a different fix each time. One time it was delete some files, the next time it was I had to open "msconfig" and change some settings and re-start the computer. Once I had to start in safe mode then change a bunch of settings. Lucky for me support is good.

So last night while on MoL run I get a corrupt pigg error message and the game shuts down. I load it back up and enter just as it had ended (thus me not receiving a reward table nor the MoL badge like everyone else >.>). I'm not bitter, I swear. Anyways... I sent in a petition regarding the error message, seeing as how that wasn't the first time. This morning I checked my email and had received these directions:
Please go to the City of Heroes or City of Villains folder. Delete the piggs folder, not just a particular file but the entire folder. Then delete the coh.checksum file and cohupdater.old or cohupdater.new if they exist, as well as the updater.lock file. Start the Cohupdater or CovUpdater and allow it to go through and download all of these files again. This may take a while to re-download that folder.
So I did all of that, and boot up the updater to repair/re-download the stuff I had just deleted. It goes ahead and updates the new patch then starts the repair but keeps stopping at 4%. I shut it down, load it back up, it patches then gets stuck at 4% and just says "Connecting". This is getting really annoying, and I know I should be posting this in the technical issues section, but meh....
Anyone have any idea on what's wrong? :P
Update: Redeleted the 4% of stuff that got re-downloaded, and now I keep getting stuck at 21% >.>
