I went to sleep knackered last night and apparently I couldn't be bothered to type out how it was done anymore at that point.
So, as for the method, what we did (per mission) was:
- We first split up to free the sybils. Sky started in the northeast room, me in the south one and we got back together in the center doing the last cybil. Then we went up the mountain together and freed Sister Solaris there, after which we jumped off the mountain to avoid unnecessary risks.
- We split up again, this time to do cysts two at a time. The map we got on this mission wasn't horrible, but not exactly one of the most ideal ones either (due to a dead end or two with no cysts in them at all). Little more to say about this mission.
- On the third mission we stayed together as we worked through the generals one by one, front to back. On the last part we killed Rommy and Req on the platform first because they (especially Rommy) had been giving us headaches with running home half way through a fight due to lack of taunt. The Phalanx was done after that.
- Again we stayed together on this one as we did towers first and then Rommy.

As I have said a million times before: wow! and gz! 
The UI you have on that pic, is that something you've build yourself dude? Havent ever seen inspirations looking like that and your powers looks a little different to. May be because i dont play on ultra mode, that your powers look different.
I didn't accept the chance of editing my UI last time it popped up. How do I do it?

This run I posted about here was done before Paragon Studios *cough* 'fixed Reactive'...
As you can see in the screenshot I was using Diamagnetic anyway, but Sky had reactive and he's fire/cold. Thanks to this supposed 'fix' reactive DoT now procs on every tick of both his Sleet and RoF, which is a definite timesaver...

Incarnate powers had the impact I thought they would on the regular game.

That was about the fastest MoITF I have done but then again it was a whole team not 2. CG
