He's a Hitman for hire, who'll dispose of Heroes or Villains alike. So this is most likely him letting his contractor know he'd fulfilled his obligation and then some.

And deadeye is a kat stalker on virtue who i've never really seen as a threat, nothing compared to A'relia. He talks like this in zone all the time, even though realistically speaking you couldn't talk with random captial letters...it would sound the exact same haha.
