I've heard several people with similar problems.. Some crash at the start, some always crash at one of the AVs, some just crash.. a lot.. Crashes, crashes, crashes. Probably something to do with how the game handles the Trials.
Might want to try contacting Support.
I've had this same problem, but only trying to get into the BAF. The Lambda trial has been working OK for me. I waited around for 30 minutes to start one, then got mapservered 3 times in a row. 
One thing I've found to help is to ask people to go to a 'low graphics' costume if they have one. This includes costumes where their powers are not as bright, costumes without auras/wings/capes, etc.
This does not make a huge difference on an 8-man (except in the case of 'pure white' power choices for powers such as empathy's heals or electric control's... everything) but can make a world of difference for larger leagues.
is anyone else having trouble zoning in at begining of trials? i have benn kicked to mapsever because of lost connect 9 times in a row and missed 2 trial altogether i know this cant be because of my computer i do RWZ raids and they are lagg city and never get kikced becasue of mapp server lost connectivety. Any ides on what is causeing this or any word from the deves as to how we or they fix it and when?
