Villain Tip for a Vigilante, 30-40 range, "Good Old Fashioned Detective Work". Lance Hightower has been kidnapped by a Nictus, which allows the character to track said Nictus.

I enter the mission and the compass text says "Fine Lance Hightower".

...I know my character was going all around the bend in their pursuit of "justice", but trying to levy a fine for being kidnapped? Geez.

Fining Kidnap victims and those who have had their purses snatched is what pays for the nice Black Helicopter line you like so much bucko. Those things aren't free you know.

Well, hell, you don't expect law enforcement to work for free, do you? It's unreasonable to expect anyone to pay for your rescue but yourself!
