Dark Armor/Kinetic Melee - Build Rating and General Advice? <3!

Okay! So, more builds from me~! I like Dark Armor, and it seems to be an appealing build, despite all the hate it gets.

As for Kinetic Melee? It's just visually appealing and seems to fit the bill, but if someone has a better idea, but all means~!

Ultimately, this is pretty much the best I could do. Skipping Concentrated Strike was "eh", but I needed Focused Burst to have an actual attack chain :<

But, yeah. Thoughts/Comments/Advice. Any possible way to slot the toggles a bit more for endurance purposes would be nice, or whatever.

Did you notice that Concentrated Strike provides a chance to auto recharge the Power Siphon?

Unfortunately, that is only for scrappers.

The auto recharge of Power Siphon is the effect it gets out of a crit instead of double damage.

I don't think tanks get that benefit.

I just checked by going through the character creation process to see the power descriptions, and you are correct (not that I was doubting you).

For scrappers, the power description for Concentrated Strike explicitly states that critical hits will recharge the Power Siphon. For tankers, there is no such statement.

It appears that a note needs to be added to ParagonWiki, which doesn't clarify the difference.

Stalkers get Build Up auto-recharged when Concentrated Strike crits as well. Tanks and brutes don't get anything special out of it.

first off your s/l def is lower then your other def not good for tanks, secondly you only have 8 KB protection, i would lose the endurance in manuvers, and add a KB prot there. and why did u take taunt so late, and don't have conserve power?

After a bit of searching, I found a previous reference wherein Arcanaville explains why tankers and brutes don't get the auto-recharge of their Power Siphon.

I just rolled a DA/KM Tank, and after level 30 I really started to like him. A thought occured to me as I began to work toward soft capping for S/L/E/NE - Because the self heals recharges in 30 secs, has anyone built for +recharge and +endurance instead?

If so, how are you likg your DM/KM?

I will post my current theory build soon.

I'm struggling on how to build my DA/KM tank right now. I have looked over Dech's build, and am torn between +End, +Rchg (going Energy Mastery epic) or for pure S/L/E/NE defense and whatever epic best fits. I don't know if having slightly less defense and more +Rchg is better than less recharge but more defense.

I might post some concept builds later...but this one is a toughie with so many useful possibilities.
