Can we know why is it being taken down? Apparently it's not just a restart or it wouldn't take that long.

Freedom will be taken down at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time / 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time to investigate an issue. There is no E.T.A. at this time but we expect Freedom to be made available once again shortly afterwards.
We will let you know in this thread once your server is back up and running.
