Boosted Nightstar and Siege?

In the trials, Siege got a completely different design. Also he is bigger. Nightstar is bigger too.
They look boosted and overpowered for the trials and I love that.
I hope the rest of the Praetorian villains who didnt got a facelift with GR are getting new and boosted designs if they ever added to upcoming trials.
Also the devs should update the old Siege version in Maria Jenkins arc.

Unless he upgraded because we beat him.

The Maria mission mentions that Siege upgraded himself and now hops his software from body to body as needed. I was actually a little surprised to find him as his old self in the mission after reading that the first time.

At this point I think most of the Praetorians have been revamped, and I fully expect that any who show up in future trials or other content will be revamped as well.

See, I'm in the opposite boat. Nightstar is pretty impressive, but we've had her that way for a coupla issues now.

New Siege...well, he's better than Old Siege, I'll give him that. But he basically just looks like a more colorful War Walker. Oh, and he's smaller. War Walkers are totallly awesome because they're freakin' huge, though. Siege is a little War Walker. Not very imposing. I'm pretty sure "The Littlest War Walker" was a Saturday morning special I saw on TPN3 a few years back. Siege either needs to be hella bigger, or he needs to have a hologram face, or something (ala the ACCHUD aura?).

...I do like watching him twitch, though. I need a good "point and laugh" emote for after he's beat.

yeah i agree,

Nightstar is freakin' HARSH. she looks totally badass and I bet luminary feels inadequate when she sees her praetorian self.

New Siege though, is kinda lame. just a big metal contruct with zero personality. He does need a face of some sort. a hologram face would be sweet. he seems to be too flimsy for being "SIEGE" he needs to be bulky and buff. ****, just make hima huge war walker. but he needs to be set apart from them other than a color scheme.

I kinda like his new look. Really, the joke is he was supposed to look like that in I18 already. He already still had War Walker powers, his bio mentions using War Walker bodies, but still showed up as his old model? At least it's not incongruent like that anymore.

I can agree witht hat. there s are soem other things that need to be put in line. Apex TF for one... You get ont he helicopter for two missions and aportal for the last one... but the last one is the only one you actually spawn next to a helo.

I just think the new siege needs a little more personality. A clockwork face or a hologrm face would be sweet.

Maybe it's just my imagination, but the one in the BAF seems taller. (vs the trainer in Praetoria)

I like the smaller Siege, to me it gives the impression that his model is more refined than the larger ones. Maybe a little extra pazaaze would be good, like the a variant of the ACCAHUD aura, but on different parts of his body in addition to his head? Something to give the impression that he may be smaller, but that's 'cause his tech is heads and shoulders above that of the War Walkers.

One thing that always got me was that Siege and Citadel looked alike in the first place. Of all of the praetorians they should have been the two that were different. Citadel is in his current body because his previous hardware was was destroyed in the Rikti war and replaced with a new one made from a power armor suit.

Since that never happened in Praetoria, shouldn't Siege have always looked completely different from the version of Citadel we all know and love? When I saw the new one in the BAF, I thought to myself "It's about time he was changed. Let's hope this carries over to the other arcs."

When compared to the coincidence that is Marcus Cole taking the opposite route in life yet conveniently developing a loyal team of the same supers as Primal Earth, who almost all have the same super powers as Primal Earth, it's really not that bad.

If Mynx can conveniently by super-soldiered into a catgirl by an entirely different group, then Siege can look like Citadel.

If the member of the Freedom Phalanx who's so level headed she comes off as even more vanilla than the rest can be a bombastic psychic vampire, then Siege can look like Citadel.

If a dude named K'Varr who's the son of the queen of all demons can pop in from a demon-summoning universe after a failed binding and then link up with the ghost of a dead mage, then Siege can look like Citadel.

I blame the Well. It's the convenient excuse for everything, these days.
