Many people are pre-forming Leagues and queuing like that. You will not be able to solo queue and get into a preformed (which will fill all/most of the slots).
Either hit up your local Global Channels for teaming, or wait longer for enough soloists to queue up.
I think part of the problem is that the queuing system pops a trial as soon as sufficient people are queued for it. Since the Lambda trial has a lower cap anyone who opts to queue for both trials will almost always go to Lambda. The only way to get to the BAF through the queue is for a bunch of people to queue for the BAF and not the Lambda.
i.e.
8 people are queued for either trial
3 people are queued for BAF only
The system immediately starts a Lambda trial and the BAFers are left out.

If the que works just like the market leaders' it is not based on average wait time, but rather on previous wait time for the last person in the que.
I've tried twice, it loads...then kicks me out. No error message.

One improvement that would be nice would be to see how many people are in each queue.
Like:
BAF - 3 in queue
Lambda - 6 in queue
General - 0 in queue
That would let players if numbers are increasing over time, decreasing over time, or just not changing. So the can know what to expect rather than looking at some abstract "4 minutes in queue" which seems a haphazard guess by the system at best.
LFG is used for when you don't care who you team with or when you get to run the Trial. When enough people are queued up for a Trial via LFG, a PUG is formed.

Maybe its too late and nobody is trying to get on the queue for I20 trials, but... I joined the queue for BAF, it says average wait: 4 minutes.
Minute countdown never moves and after 30 minutes Im still waiting.
What Im missing?
