During the successful Lambda trial, all I had was my alpha slotted with a rare. I still just have that... no IO sets... yet. Soon, since I have a ton of merits and a VMerit...
ATs to 50 - TA/A Def, Nrg/Nrg Blaster, EM/EA Brute, WS,ELM/ELA Stalker
Though we failed the Lambda trial, I was still able to unlock my judgement slot as well as get 2/3 of the common components for the tier 1 void judgement attack. If we completed Lambda, I would have had it. But hey, beggers can't be choosers and we can always run the trials again today for even more threads/iexp.

Except for the "soon" bit... as I don't plan on changing my enhancements and am not sure how long it'll take me to get some new Incarnate Shtuff (Although, one Notice Of The Well, and I think I might have enough for my Very Rare Musculature)!

You can tell I'm a casual player. I take a very slow approach to the game. Doesn't matter how long it takes for me to get all my IOs and Incarnate powers, it'll happen eventually...
Though I'm growing impatient with only having one 50. I like to play a variety of characters, but with all the Incarnate Trial teams around, it means I've got significantly worse odds of getting a team with my other characters (the highest of which is 26.)
Indeed, I've been tempted by the dread AE farming. I have not given in, however!

As much as I understand it's a new experience for some people, I explained in great detail what each phase would entail, and what we would have to do (and how to trade temp powers!) The time limit needs to be deducted if you clear out the cannisters and crates, it's bogus otherwise.
Some of the directions weren't as clear as you might have thought. For instance, at first, you told team two to go to the training facility; then to the rear elevators -- the team got mixed up, and you snipped about listening. Then, what in heck is an 'add'? I knew what you meant, and the tank did, but not everyone did.
Leadership is hard, and you deserve a lot of credit for all the great stuff you did too -- too numerous to list, IMO. Failed on the timer, yes, but succeeded at having a lot of fun, and getting a lot of new people an experience on the Lambda Trial.
