Always 'Architect Studio Manager'?

I'm level 49 and unable to get missions in Peregrine Island. every contact I run into says (to the effect) Go speak with the Architect Studio Manager. So I did, and I ran the little mission he had me do in the Atlas AE. After then returning to Unai Kemen, I get the same message. I also get it from Tina Macintyre and others around Castle in the area. Why?

I bet you have uncompleted story arcs. Look at your active contact list and see if you have any little book symbols there. They're supposed to be two different colors but they're virtually indistinguishable, so finish a couple of them from contacts in the main city zones. That should free up an arc space or two.

While I agree with you completely, I think the OP's point is:
How come they don't tell him to go see those other contacts instead of the one he already completed at their request.

I've always found that kinda silly too.

Studio Manager, eh? My namesake's always being told to go and speak to Serpent Drummer in the RWZ. Something odd about the coding, but once you learn to ignore it it's kinda funny.

Just to be clear, have you been introduced to the contacts? You can't just walk up to them and expect them to give out missions. Check some of the older contacts still on your active list, they might introduce you. If not, run some radio missions and finish the safeguard. That will also get you an introduction.

Because you haven't followed the proper chain of command in Blue-side Contact unlocking. This happens when you outlevel your current contacts. You have to be introduced to your contacts.

Like StarGeek said, you should go through your current contacts, and even look at some of your Inactive contacts for introductions to new contacts.

Another thing to try is the Midnighter Club Unlock Mission Arc. That one gives you a Contact Introduction at (or at least very near) your current level.
