Brute or Tank?

Hi Everybody!! so for some dumB reason.... i got into my mind i want to play a sword archetype toon preferrable brute or tank i have a lvl 50 scrapper broadsword/shield defense he's ok but i also have a lvl 27? ninja sword/super reflexes and he's so so....
I played on team last nite with my other lowbie tank and saw a brute that was wp/ dual blades and the animation was just @.@ drool awesome!! was wondering ur thoughts on swords and dps tyvm *gives bacon and cookies to all that reply*

Hell Bob is a DP/WP Brute. I love it, the Combos and KD from an attack or 2 adds to the survival. I think there are also a 2 or 3 cones attacks. I have not played him in a long time. But with inherent Fitness the combo should be better.

kool ty B B any other armors besides wp and electric? i have those armors wore out as well as invuln currently workn on my kids claws/dark armor scrapper (well not atm) but
hows ur thoughts on fire armor?

I had a DB/FA got em to 50 and rerolled em. I got tired of the redraw, I know it really doesn't slow down dps I just got tired of it. So I would suggest a Armor thats not to active power heavy(like FA). I'd go anything but FA really, go invul, stone, or dark imo, its always nice to have a heal.

true heal is nice but why is dark armor heal so pricy in terms of endurance? i know it heals off of multiple foes but still the resistance is so so compared to invuln unless im wrong?? hmm ._.

My ex-wife had a DB/FA tank...and for the longest time it wasn't half bad...she was pretty much an offensive juggernaught...now she wasn't as tough, but she put out hella damage (not as much as a fire/fire but hey) and she honestly loved it. It's really about your play style I guess.

if you really really want dual blades go db/wp or invul brute or ice, wp, or invul/db.

i cant remember what other sets are available. ive been gone too long and i want to come back

im same way, but also the fact that brutes have slightly more than twice the +dmg cap and have same resist cap as a tanker, and i much prefer fury over gauntlet any day

brute vs tank all depends on what you want to do while teamed. The two ATs are pretty similar to solo with, brutes are just faster.

FA is good for a farm brute but I wouldnt want to try and rely on it for teaming. FA on a tank works better for surviving.

I am an ebil markeeter and will steal your moneiz ...correction stole your moneiz. I support keeping the poor down because it is impossible to make moneiz in this game.
