I just want to say a great big "Thank You!!" to Jophiel, DarthDelicious, Amerikatt, and panthera for voting for my piece! (its okay if I say that now, with the voting deadline past?) 
I'm touched that you see worth in it, even tho its not finished yet! 
and thanks to ChristopherRobin for the encouraging PM, too!
and yes, I do plan on finishing it and posting it - probably even a 2nd WIP later today. (I've been packing for a big move and its consuming most of my time)

Wow, even I missed the voting deadline, I was thinking it was tonight instead of last night. Oops ;^_^
Actually, due to the forum login bug, I think it's a fair practice to extend the voting two more days, hopefully things will be resolved by then. The new deadline is Wednesday the 6th midnight Eastern.

Ok, the votes have been secretly tallied (hopefully correctly as I'm again doing this very late at night again. I'm sure CR will quickly correct any mistakes I might make) and the results are in.
Edit: The one part of this I seem to have the most trouble with for some reason - missed something or other, it has been corrected.
1st place: Tartyrsause with 21 points
2nd place: Christopher Robin with 12 points
3rd place: Henri with 10 points
4th place: Airhead with 8 points
5th place(tie): Darth Delicious with 7 points

Of course, I suppose the easy solution would be to just stop posting the results so late (or move the deadline earlier). I believe I missed Lousy Day's vote which bumps Airhead into 4th place with 8 points.

Also you posted Airhead is 6th place and BW is 7th when it should be Airhead in 5th and BW in 6th which would get them each one point less than they should have.
Finally 5 of the 9 Total Point Standings don't match my numbers but as they are all off by +1 I am guessing that is a bonus point given for someone guessing their work. Since you have not posted those numbers I have no way of verifying that. You may want to double check as even without having the numbers in front of me I suspect there is at least 1-2 mistakes potentially possible because you said the most someone (other than me) got in the guessing was half (Airhead with 4) so 5 doesn't add up and did no one get 2 points for multiple correct guesses?
Coincidentally (perhaps?) the two places where your score and mine match on (BW and Airhead) are the same places who are off by one place in the rankings so either we all got one bonus point and those two are off by one point because of this or 5 got a bonus point and two did not since it's the same two people I think it's probably not a coincidence.
If you post which of us got bonus points for the secret message side game and if we got one or two points added I could say for sure but until then I won't know exactly.
Ahh yes, I forgot to mention that. Due to the low number of participants in the secret message contest (only 2), and the fact that I thought everyone did such a great job on their messages, everyone gets 1 bonus point.
And it's definitely meant as appreciation.
Okay well if we all got one bonus point then it's just a question of whether you meant for the next person in line after a tie to drop down one place in rank or not. If yes then the Total Point Standings are correct, if no then add one point to BW and all should be correct once you fix the three mistakes in the vote tally.
yes, in a tie they both got 6 points for being in 5th place (4 people ahead of them), and then it drops to 4 points for being in 7th place (6 people ahead of him)
