Elec/Elec Dom?

Just came back to the game, and wondering how an Elect/Elect Dom Combo does Endgame. Already have one to level 12, and I really want a Dom that will be good for PVE/TF's. I have Elect Assault on another Dom and loved it, but how is Elect Control at end game?

Thanks

Elec Control does very well end game. Electric uses a combination of soft control very effectively to control mobs. Its sleep patch is a crucial power. Elec/Elec is a very good combo. I have one at level 50 and I do fine in the end game. The Musculature Alpha with end drain is a good choice as you get damage, increased end drain and increased end recovery as well.

If numbers are so much more important than a teammate who is fun to play with, forget about the game altogether and go play with a calculator instead. -Claws and Effect-

The confuse power is really good. It blossoms slowly but you can get a whole spawn confused.

Thanks for the info. So far, I really like how this toon is working out.

On the Conductive Aura power, what would be the best slotting for this power? I'm thinking 2-Accuracy/3-End Mod for leveling.

Thanks

If I recall correctly you can slot for increased regen, too. Slotting for recharge and regen in a set that wants to go permadom can be very handy.

Considering electric/electric doesn't benefit from permadom nearly as much as the other combinations, I don't understand why people are so fixated on "PERMADOM OR YOU'RE USELESS!" especially for a set that only effects like what? 2-3 powers?

Because even though it doesnt benefit as much as other sets it is STILL a benefit..

And not being stunned or held is great.

In most ways you are right. But one thing Electric hates is to be stunned/held and have Conductive Aura shut off. Not only do the Mobs regain End while you are stunned, but you have to wait for CA to recharge.
