Screenshot function no longer working

Does it work any better if you set the NC Launcher to exit upon launching a game?

Unless you've re-bound the print screen button, that's a copy/paste key. So you'd have to paste it into a image editing app.

Although, I just thought of something: the images might be being saved to Window's VirtualStore (store as in storage, used when non-elevated programs with UAC emulation try to write to Program Files...).
Replacing 'YOUR USER NAME' with your Windows user name, try looking in the path...
If on 32bit windows: C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\City of Heroes\
If on 64bit windows: C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\City of Heroes\
I bet in that directory you'll see the screenshot folder, with your screenshots in them!

I've noticed the same problem and I updated my screen shot key bind in game after my keyboard change.
I'll have to check out that windows store.
Nope, nothing in the %apps% then again I dont use the default c
rograms location for the game.
I'll go check and see if screen shots are working again... hmmm, the print screen button took me from 77 to 78 items in the folder guess it is working. Sort by Date made it a lot easier to find.
When I use the Print Screen button, then paste from the clipboard it shows an image from 25-90 minutes earlier in my game session. Frustrating to hit the button on my Male Scrapper finishing off an AV, just to get a screenshot of my Female defender standing around at the end of an ITF.
Any ideas why that happens?

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Is there a way to fix the problem? I'm by no means a computer guru, so if there is a way to fix the problem I would need a somewhat step-by-step method.
Up until I installed the new NCSoft updater, I had no issues using the screenshot feature.
From installing the updater, my screenshot function no longer seems to work.
I press print screen, the screen freezes just a moment as it always has, but there is no screen shot in the CoH screen shot folder.
I've also searched the hard drive for the files, but that hasn't worked either.
