Rare Alpha Components,Where or how to acquire them

There's only one, Notice of the Well. You get it by doing the task force of the week. This week's is Tin Mage II. Next week's is Manticore (heroes) or Renault (villains).

Is he asking where you can receive other components(not the notice) so you can craft your alpha?
If you do the following TF's/SF's and complete don't you receive the following? If I am wrong please correct me.
ITF= Ancient Nictus
Lady Grey= Hero 1
LRSF=Essence of the Incarnate
Barracuda/Kahn= Dimensional Keystone
If these are correct are there any other that I may be missing out on?
I believe you're right LesMoore everthing else has to be crafted.... What I wonder is if the Well will drop for the WTF on both the Red and Blue sides? It would be nice to be able to craft a 4th tier in less then 6 weeks.

Rare components are crafted in the Incarnate Window, last tab. The Notice of the Well being the exception, and that is given as a reward for completing the Weekly Strike Target.
Some components require other components to make them, plus shards. Others require only shards.

Uncommon Components
Forget the names, but I believe there are 4, each by upgrading 1 of the 4 with 8 shards.
Rare Components
Notice of the Well - Weekly Strike Target
Very Rare Components
Favor of the Well - 2 Notice of the Wells + 32 Shards

DROP of the Well is an uncommon component made with 8 shards, and one Essence of the Incarnate (STF, or LRSF reward)
NOTICE of the Well is the WTF reward (assuming you have the alpha slot unlocked)
FAVOR of the Well is the very rare component needed for T4s, and is made from two notices and 32 shards.
