Hope everyone has had a great time this week, both in game and out of game. One thing you may notice is that I'm trying to make sure that we, as a Community Team, are checking in with you, the Community , on a somewhat regular basis to give you all a summary of what's what in the CoH Community right now. These check ins are informal, and won't ever be "official-ese" looking posts, but rather conversational and hopefully informative.

• Our thoughts go out to the people of Japan who were affected by the terrible tragedy that struck their nation today. We sincerely hope that any members of our Community who may live there, be stationed there or are traveling there are safe and sound.
• There are some players still experiencing issues with the new NC Soft Launcher, especially those users connecting from South American and/or the Caribbean. If you're still having issues with using the NC Soft Launcher, please send any member of the Paragon Community Team a PM with your Public IP address, your physical location and the last time you attempted to connect so that we can forward these along to Tech Support to investigate. We have seen success in identifying blocked IP ranges, so please keep the information coming.
• The Customer Service team is currently working through the tickets of players who are unable to access their account information due to issues caused by the recent Play NC Account Center security update. One concern that's been brought up is that those effected may miss the window for their 7 year loyalty rewards. Well, we've spoken with CS and the Marketing team and we will ensure that everyone who is legitimately eligible for these rewards will receive them. More details regarding this will be forthcoming, however I want to put everyone at ease regarding this concern. Those who are still waiting for resolution on their support tickets, thank you for your patience. The Customer Service team has pooled additional resources towards resolving these tickets and are working their way through them with due haste.
• We've seen an amazing amount of participation at our Issue 20 Sneak Peek events the last few weeks. From all of us on the Paragon Community Team, and the Paragon Dev team, thanks! Please feel free to share any screenshots you may have taken with yourselves and the Paragon crew or while participating in the Incarnate Trials here on this thread! We love to see how fun these events are!
• Anyone at PAX East this weekend...well first off, what the heck are you doing reading the message boards??!!? Secondly, be sure to catch up with Avatea, Positron and Second Measure tonight at the NC Soft Player Meet-Up from 6:00 PM EST - 10:00 PM EST at the Westin Boston Waterfront. Thirdly(!) don't forget about our City of Heroes panel tomorrow afternoon from 12:00 PM EST-1:00 PM EST where you'll be able to talk to Positron, Second Measure and our very own Avatea!

Really tragic news coming out of Japan. Let's hope thinks are nowhere near as bad as things first appear.

I was hoping to catch the next I20 event, but I wasn't able to make it home until after it was over.
And... I wasn't sure until now, but I will not be driving over to Boston tonight.
Last year, we made the three hour trek to hang out and talk and have a lot of fun.
However, I'm not going to be able to make it over there tonight.
I'd be on my own too... which could be trouble!!

I would have loved to see some of you again (and some for the first time). Hopefully I'll catch you guys in New York when you head out there!

Ava, I hope you manage to have a nice time despite Cylar and my absence!!
