Power Proliferation has finally come to the civilians !!! 
Strange, I didn't notice any of that last night (on Guardian),
I'll have to pay more attention tonight.

Maybe the Kheldians are having a recruitment drive.
I can't be the only one that noticed -- I'm on live on Champion right now and seeing the same things...someone else has to have noticed, ha!

Maybe it has somethin' to do with pendin' Issue 20 and the new level 20-40 Villain Strike Force involvin' the Flames o' Prometheus. In the comics, it was used to restore superpowers to the populace, augmentin' the currently empowered, and perhaps it's awakenin' powers in the civilians?

It may be a problem with your game data. You could try the "Verify All Files" (or "Repair" in the Launcher) to see if it clears up the anomalies.

I must say, I like your answer better too, CA.
I'm trying the "repair" option now, will let you know if it works...
And...I liked the bullet aura too, it was funny running with SS and having bullets streaming behind me =]

Something just seemed wrong as I was wondering around Paragon and the Rogue Isles on Freedom last night!
I bugged them but was wondering, was it just me? I haven't seen any other posts about these oddities?
