Psylocke and Angel DO seem to be back together, though Warren's angsting a bit over his newly returned Archangel persona.
Other important things to note:
Magneto has joined the X-Men.
The X-Men now live on their own island by San Francisco called Utopia.
Wolverine and Angel formed a "lethal force" group and kept it secret from everyone else.
Jubilee is a vampire.

There's also rumors that the X-Men are going to split into two different camps, with Cyclops heading the group upholding Xavier's ideals and Wolverine leading the other group who will lean more towards Magneto's way of thinking.
Still just rumor, but something to think about.

I'd get back into X-Men if Jubilee is a regular again.

At the moment she's mainly only in the 'Wolverine/Jubilee' mini-series. I've seen her in the background of one of the other X-Men books, but only as an extra. Someone at Marvel hinted that she'll be coming back into the spotlight soon, but you always have to take that kinda stuff with a grain of salt.
The mini-series is only two issues in so far, but I'm really digging it. The writer's really nailing the Logan/Jubilee dynamic which not many people seem to be able to do nowadays.

I am still mildly amazed how forgiving the X-Men are towards Magneto.

Charles and Magneto used to be friends.
Even after all of the times they have fought, the closest Magneto has ever come to killing an X-Man is when he leeched Wolverine's adamantium out of his body (and Wolverine recovered and came back better, in my opinion).
Magneto has a lot of pull with mutants disinclined to like the X-Men.
There are still less than 250 mutants in the entire world, the X-Men can't really afford to turn any away.
And finally, Magneto brought Kitty back to Earth, at great personal risk.

I can see him doing this as a way to ingratiate himself with the group before he's let in.

And as for Magneto, someone was all "Seriously?! We're letting HIM stay here?!" when he showed up, I just don't remember who. I think it was Xavier but I could be wrong. But they have gone out of their way since to show that Magneto wants to help the X-Men. He's pushed his powers drastically to help keep the Utopia afloat, brought back Kitty Pryde, and he trains younger mutants when they let him.

Hope is someone else that is not Jean. She has her own team, Generation Hope.
Rogue is Hope's babysitter.
Nightcrawler is still dead.
Angel/Archangel shifts between forms depending on which comic he's in.
Wolverine shifts costumes depending on which comic he's in.
X-23 left the team and has her own comic.
Charles has been given Magneto's role and Magneto has been given Charles' role.
Pixie is this decade's version of Shadowcat/Jubilee.
And as mentioned before: Jubilee is a vampire.

I'd worry about them saying she's going to get more focus, though. They're still slated to kill a "main" character every 3 months, right? Suddenly promoting a minor character to main character status might be just a setup for a death.
