Base/SG For Sale

I am looking to sell my SG/Base located on Freedom server. Should I post the information here in the base forum or should I post it in the Freedom server section?

This SG has been around for approximately 5 years, has a decent amount of prestige, badges etc.. hehe so not like I am trying to sell some starter base.

(40 mill prestige, all the tp beacons, pvp energy source, ultimate control item, etc etc).

I am selling it because I have another SG/Base that I devote all my time to and thought it would make a good deal for someone looking to start a SG of their own or have a really nice personal SG.

Any input into how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

(Edit: I am looking to sell it for INF not real money LOL)

Sounds interesting. What's the name of the SG?

There are several places it could probably go, but I think you're going to get the most, high quality responses here or on the server-specific forum. I've seen SGs for sale in the for fun --> general chat and SG recruitment forums also.

Make sure to mention the SG name, server, current total prestige (not just banked) and important items unlocked. You already did a lot of that here, so you're off to a very good start.

Also, you might want to set a starting price unless you're really not worried about how much you get for it. A base with that much prestige on a server like Freedom, depending on the time, could be worth a fair bit. The influence : prestige conversion rate is 500:1, though, to be fair, not many people are going to be willing to shell out that kind of cash. It's a good reference point for what the SG base (based solely on banked 'stige) is "worth" though.

I've found that reasonably nicely named SG/VG sell for about 1/2 the prestige conversion rate and badly named ones (only suitable for a storage base) sell for well less than that.

I'd recommend here and Freedom server forum as best places. All the ones I've sold as a base broker, back when I did that circa i12-i17, were on the server specific forum.

I will attach a picture of some of the teleporter rooms (only really designed rooms aside from the infirmary which are still left).

The TOTAL prestige is 43,069,993
The available prestige is: 30,964,753 (the picture says: 29,573,753 but that was before I sold off the last workshop with decorations etc)

It is currently on the Large Secret Location Plot with 4 large teleporter rooms, an infirmary, the ultimate energy source already crafted and in the base, as well as the highest control item crafted and in the base. That is why 12 million prestige is "used."

I also included 2 pictures of the various SG badges that have been earned (AES, 3 healing badges, etc etc).

If anyone would like to see the base before placing a bid.... simply send me a tell @bulldozer betty. The teleporter rooms alone are IMO worth more than the minimum bid price They are definitely something you should see in person before placing your bid

If I thought I could get enough cash, I'd sell one of my SGs. I have one with all the badges, all the upgrades and somewhere around 100,000,000 Prestige on Freedom.

But I would want real cash for that baby

I am willing to go higher, but I have a pretty rocking base on Pinnacle. Let's see how high Mr Deebs is willing to go. I say this knowing what I have and am willing to part with. But I have no idea what you have. A bidding war sounds fun but someone always gets hurts. Just not me I'm loaded. LOL But in all seriously Deebs good luck sir and let the one with the biggest need win.

Ah heck, call me crazy but having another base to play in as a base builder sounds fun.

Let me raise the bid to 1 BILLION INFLUENCE.

I know, it makes it hard on others (sorry), but a base with 43 million prestige is too hard to pass by.

I have bases on 3 other servers but none on Freedom. One of the things that keeps me from playing there. I'm thinking of several ideas. The main one is an abandoned subway station.
