Legacy Chain bug or civil war?
I noticed this happening as well.
In fact, in the "Take Down Sea Witch mission from Lorenz Ansaldo" mission (where you get the Seaweed Badge)I managed to locate the ambush spawn point and watched as the three mob spawn appeared and two of the mob immediately turned and attacked the third who fought back.
Also, as a curiosity, after i noticed this I switched to blue-side and went to the Hollows down by the the entrance to Skyway City and observed the Legacy Chain mobs there (the only place I know where to find then on blue-side). Taking a quick look I didn't see any similar behavior happening to there like I did on red-side.
I've now seen this happen in missions with Wyvern as well. With them it seems even worse. Watched as two Wyvern turned on a third and then a patrol of 2 walked in and the two remaining from the first spawn and the patrol battled it out until only a single Wyvern was left standing.
Could be the same bug. Have not noticed the patrol thing in Legacy Chain missions, but then I haven't seen any patrols run into other spawns in those missions that I can remember.
It can and does happen to all enemy groups, not just legacy chain. But it seems to be more frequent with them. And it happens alot on the last mission in the lgtf with rikti near the generators.

I saw this behavior on every mission with Legacy Chain.
Also, this isn't just happening with patrols/ambushes, it's happening to ANY Legacy Chain on the map.
This odd behavior came in with Going Rogue. When the mobs were converted to be used blueside as well as redside, some of the mobs still had a behind the scenes tag of "Villainous" or "Heroic". Mobs tagged like that are naturally hostile to each other.
Didn't see this reported, but I may have missed it.
I've just started doing some villain missions though Ourborus with my ex-hero.
In all the missions with Legacy Chain, as soon as I enter the room they turn on each other. Have not done it in a big group, just solo, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. At any rate, if there are 3 in the group, two will turn and attack the 3rd.
I should also note that I am usually invisible when I enter the room.
I find it a little comical, but I'm sure it should not be happening. Unless there as been a civil war within their ranks that I haven't heard about.
